We hope that you will love your order from Klones. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to return your order, you may exchange or return it under the following policies and conditions

Return and Exchange Policy

You may request exchange or return most new, unopened item within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The product is returned should be in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
  • The company has the right to refuse the return or the exchange request if the product is used by the customer or any fraud behavior.
  • Customer Pays the return shipping fees for the exchange or the return in case of the following reasons : Change mind - Scent is not likable - doesn't like the product.
  • The company pays the shipping fees for the exchange or the return incase the reason is sending wrong items , missing products or accessories , quality problem and damage caused by shipping company.
  • The internal Quality Team is the only party that is responsible to decide whether the customer complaint consider to be a Quality problem or not and it has the right to accept or refuse the complaint.
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
  • In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Klones reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
  • We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Klones. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your Amazon account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Klones account closure.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, samples, or unsealed products.

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. We provide free return shipping labels for defective items. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

The Refund will happen with the same payment method used to place the original order , if you paid with cash on delivery the refund will happen in cash with the shipping company courier and if you paid with online payment the refund will be on your card ( Note : This might take between 7 to 14 working days according to your bank and card issuer company )

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

We are more than happy to refund shipping costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

  • The company pays the shipping fees for the exchange or the return incase the reason is sending wrong items , missing products or accessories , quality problem and damage caused by shipping company.


We will not refund shipping costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you.

We will not refund shipping costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Cash on Delivery Service policy

  • If the customer requested to cancel the order after 24 hours from placing the order or after the shipping company has picked up the order we have the right to cancel the cash on delivery service for the customer for any future orders
  • In case of refusing to receive the order without any valid reason , the company will have the right to cancel the cash on delivery service for any future orders , only online payment or Bank Transfer will be available as a payment method.
